Below:  3D survey found that old drainage (green) was never removed and new drainage (pink) was placed directly on top of old.  Blue line is a large storm drain that cut under the green.

Below:  3D survey of green.  White are is high moisture build up, also known as "birdbaths"  Can be caused by many things such as clogged drain tiles.
